When contacting us, please specify the service in question (domain name, email address, invoice number) and include a description of the problem. If it is about difficulty accessing our services, please include your IP address. You can find it here.
Support is not included in the services we offer for free (FreeDNS, epostflytt.se). In our VPS service Oderland Cloud, support is limited to billing issues and questions about how to access your service.
